Delivery information
SHIPPING
- COVID SPECIAL NOTICE: DELAYS OF AT LEAST ONE WEEK CAN BE EXPECTED FOR AIR SHIPMENTS TO ALL DESTINATIONS (in addition to standard shipping time). WE ALSO REGRET THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT TO SOUTH & CENTRAL AMERICA UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
- Your order will be delivered in a safe padded envelope specially made for mail order.
- For Express SPEEDPOST Shipment we have a flat rate of 20 US$. Delivery typically takes 4 to 12 working days.
- We offer free delivery on all orders above 100$. It is done via E-express and with tracking number. (Except Canada). However we noticed some countries (especially Italy, Spain, Mexico, UAE) can take up to 25 days.
- Canada: Express Speedpost and Airmail with tracking number are not available due to Hong Kong post restrictions. Instead we offer SF express shipment with tracking number for a 20$ flat fee.
- Period of Holidays may affect the delivery time
- We usually dispatch orders with 24-48 Hours after receiving full payment of your order.
- Contact us only if your order shipped by Standard Air Shipment hasn't been received within 25 days of your order at contact@melaepere.com
- All our shipments come with online tracking number that you will receive once your order is dispatched.
- Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided in your account. Please make sure your address is correct.
- Phone number is required for the shipping company to contact you once your delivery is on its way.
- Local posts that take over and deliver Airmail and Speedpost once it has entered the country of destination, have been know to leave a delivery note asking you to pick up the parcel at your local post office.
- We cannot intervene with local posts in anyway. They will usually require the addressee to contact them and show proper identification.
CUSTOMS
- International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties after shipment was made. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
- Customers take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs and resend shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Delivery time estimated above excludes time spent on customs clearance.
TRACKING
- Online tracking number will be provided to all international customers
- Make sure your email address is correct in order to receive your tracking number.
